3 Hours Before Flight Time
Arrive at Islamabad International Airport. Our team will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring the nearby city.
Catch a scenic flight to Gilgit, then drive along the Karakoram Highway to Karimabad in Hunza. Enjoy stunning views of snow-covered peaks and settle in for the night.
Spend the day exploring Karimabad’s highlights like Baltit and Altit Forts. This day also allows time for trekking paperwork and preparations.
Travel deep into the remote Shimshal Valley, known for its rugged beauty. Meet your porters and guides, and spend the night in a local guesthouse.
Begin your trek with a drive to Dut, then hike for a few hours through alpine scenery to reach the Yaz Mis campsite. Set up camp and rest.
Continue the trek towards Buspurghil, passing meadows and streams. Camp in a peaceful mountain setting surrounded by towering peaks.
A shorter trekking day leads you to Surhail pasture. Enjoy a relaxed pace and take in the raw natural beauty around your campsite.
Take a day hike to Gardan Viewpoint, offering panoramic views of 7,000m peaks. After enjoying the scenery, return to camp at Yaz Mis.
Retrace your steps back to Dut and drive to either Hunza or Gilgit. Enjoy the comforts of a hotel after several nights of camping.
Board a morning flight back to Islamabad, where you’ll check in at the hotel and rest after the mountain adventure.
This day is reserved as a backup in case of weather-related flight delays from Gilgit. If not used, you can explore Islamabad.
Transfer to Islamabad Airport for your flight back home, carrying memories of an unforgettable trek in the Lupghar Valley.
